Rachelle brings a wealth of lived experience and a diverse professional background to her role as Chief of Staff at Graduate Philadelphia. She began her journey at GP as an assistant, advanced to HR Lead, and now proudly serves as Chief of Staff—supporting the organization’s operations, people, and strategic initiatives.

Her career path reflects both versatility and dedication. Rachelle has held roles in leading technology companies including Samsung, Netflix, and Google. She also worked extensively in the medical field, providing front-line support in radiology and surgery scheduling, and serving as a medical assistant in a surgery center where she supported anesthesiologists during procedures and ran fluoroscopy equipment.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rachelle has traveled to nearly 40 countries and lived in Southeast Asia for three years, where she volunteered and deepened her connection to diverse cultures and communities. These global experiences continue to inform her commitment to equity, inclusion, and lifelong learning.

As an adult learner herself, Rachelle is deeply aligned with Graduate Philadelphia’s mission to expand educational and economic opportunities. She lives the organization’s values daily, combining empathy, operational expertise, and a passion for empowering others in her leadership role.
