Barbara’s letter was written in response to a recent letter in the Philadelphia Inquirer by the PA State Treasurer that solely focused on how the 529 savings plan supports children going to college. Graduate! Philadelphia stresses that the focus should be on whole families, including adults, all of whom can benefit from the plan.
